RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We pride ourselves in providing luxury hair extensions and premium hair care products. We strive for 100% satisfaction with every purchase and are dedicated to our customer’s experience with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are proud to offer a return/exchange for any UN– USED and UNALTERED hair extension and for any UNOPENED hair care product made within 10 days of receiving your order. In accordance with Federal Health regulations regulating the handling of cosmetic products, Venice Extensions NYC WILL NOT accept any opened, altered or tampered items for return or exchange. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and reserve the right to thoroughly inspect every return or exchange.

There is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from all returns. There are no restocking fees for exchanges as long as the hair extensions and/or hair care product(s) are unused or unopened and in the original packaging.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA# by emailing Returns@VeniceExtensionsNYC.com. Please list your RMA# on all returned packages along with a copy of your original invoice. For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post to the address provided. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
